How do you block out dates with WooCommerce Bookings?

This cookery class occurs every Tuesday but the client is going on holiday for two weeks in August. Do the following to block out the dates using WordPress’ WooCommerce Bookings plugin:

* Edit the product
* Scroll down to Availability
* Add a Date Range
* Select NO in the bookable dropdown.
* Drag the row above the date range that is usually bookable. (Important)
* Click Update.
